Scooby Doo, is that you?

​We ran into Scooby on the trail by the river, today. He wasn't alone! There's quite a bit of debris (no offense, Scooby) on the river bank. It's inevitable, since the river carries and deposits garbage over time.

Thankfully, we have volunteers who are willing to gather it up whenever they can. Today, a lovely young couple, Manny and Bianca, dropped by, picked up some garbage bags that we had to offer, and went off to clean up the trails! It'll make a huge difference. That riverbank trash takes a while to accumulate again.

Feel free to make use of the trash receptacles along the trails when you visit. There are also larger garbage bags available on the porch at the big yellow house (#5).
