Joseph H. Taylor Interpretive Trail

Welcome Sign

The Taylor River Side Farm has been farmed by the Taylors and their ancestors for eleven generations, since 1720. In order to preserve the land for future generations, Joseph and Sylvia Taylor donated a conservation easement on 89 acres in 1975, as the Taylor Wildlife Refuge, to the New Jersey Natural Lands Trust.

There are 1.5 miles of marked interpretive trails to enjoy that take you through forest, around and through a marsh, and along the Delaware River shore.
